MIRANDA SHEEPWASH

Vocal Instructor - Musical Theatre, Vocal Technique

Miranda has been performing for most of her life and began studying classical and contemporary voice at age 9 as well as guitar and piano lessons. Her love for Musical Theatre came about in high school, at A.E. Peacock Collegiate in Moose Jaw. After a particularly moving production of 42nd Street, where she played Dorothy Brock, she decided to pursue Musical Theatre professionally. Miranda attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts in 2014 and graduated with an Enriched Diploma in Performing Arts in 2017. Since then she has been fortunate enough to showcase her skills in productions such as Miss Andrews - Mary Poppins (CCPA), Janet - The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Sterling Productions), Vocalist - Broadway Lights (Victoria Symphony) and, one of her favourites, Amy - All I Want For Christmas Is You with SaskExpress. Miranda has been a part of 4 summer and 1 winter cast of SaskExpress. Miranda cites Broadway performer Jessie Mueller, Danny Balkwill, and all of her amazing teachers at CCPA as some of her biggest influences. Miranda is looking forward to another year at SaskExpress Studio - Regina as a Vocal Technique and Musical Theatre instructor!
