Dance Instructor - Hip Hop, Ballet/Tap

Emma began dancing at Martin School of Dance at the age of 4. During her 15 years at Martin’s, she trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, and pointe. Emma completed her Intermediate 2 Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT) exams in both jazz and tap, as well as her Grade 8 and Intermediate Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet exams. She was a class assistant for 5 years, and taught for 2.

In addition, Emma competed in dozens of competitions in Saskatchewan and Alberta for over 10 years. In high school, Emma was part of the Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School Pom and Dance Teams; they took home two provincial championships, and she was a captain during her Grade 12 year. In 2015, Emma moved to Montreal to pursue a diploma in Fashion Marketing at LaSalle College. After completing an internship in New York, Emma returned to Regina and began teaching hip hop at SaskExpress in the fall of 2018. She now works at Strategy Lab Marketing and also teaches ballet/tap classes at the studio. We're excited to be welcoming Miss Emma back for her third season!
