Carly Hill started dancing when she was 10 years old at Applause Dance Academy. She danced there for the majority of her dance career and completed several RAD ballet exams and ADAPT jazz exams. She has training in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop. In high school, Carly was a member of the Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School Dance Team until graduating in 2016. During her first year of Sciences at the University of Regina, Carly trained at Martin School of Dance and completed her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 exam. Over the years, Carly has danced with the Moscow Nutcracker ballet in both soft slipper and pointe. She has also attended summer workshops and intensives in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, and Edmonton, and has met several established choreographers while doing so. In 2015, Carly was a member of Team Canada Dance and traveled to Mikolajki, Poland to compete at Worlds with the International Dance Organization in ballet, jazz, and modern styles. Last year, Carly joined the Dance Team at the University of Regina, where she had the opportunity to travel with her team to Toronto for Nationals. Carly is currently in her third year of classes in the Faculty of Science at U of R.
